SMART goals



It is useful if your goals fit to the 'SMART goal' requirements




If you don't know what are 'SMART goals' at all, 'google' for it.


The key element of this project management tool is that you set up goals fit the following:

pecific – it is about the area you focus on.
easurable – it has an indicator of progress.
A ssignable – somebody is responsible for it, and able to act for it.
ealistic – it can be achieved with the available resources.
ime-related – it has a deadline.

To better understand it just set up 3 SMART goals for the next week.
