Harmony in the disorder

Even if your day’s programme is unpredictable, it is always worth taking some time for meditation.
You can choose your preferred way of meditation but take into consideration that it should be in harmony with your long-term goals and should support their realisation.
For example, I also use the following 3-step meditation:
- relax your face muscles and smile a little
- list 7 things that are good in your life
- list 7 things that will get better later
Meditation will become easier after regular practice and you can follow known techniques, or the brave ones can also create their own exercises.
This can help reach the optimum arousal level and also teaches us to use our time more consciously .
